Chocolate Coconut Clusters - 1 Scoop ISO100, Chocolate Coconut || ¼ Cup rolled oats || 4 tbsp. unsweetened reduced fat coconut flakes || 2 tbsp. almond slices|| 1 tbsp. almond milk || ¼ Cup cashew butter - Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and drop spoonful’s of mixture on the sheet. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes. 2 Servings. Peanut Brittle Smoothie - 1 Scoop ISO100, Peanut Butter || 1 tbsp. chunky peanut butter || 3 tbsp. sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix || 1½ Cup almond or skim milk || 8 ice cubes - Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1-1½ minutes. 1 Serving. Gourmet Vanilla Blueberry Popsicles - 2 Scoops ISO100, Gourmet Vanilla || 1 Cup frozen or fresh blueberries || 1 Cup almond milk || 1 Cup Greek yogurt (Vanilla) || 1 tbsp. honey - Blend all ingredients in a blender for 1-1½ minutes. Pour evenly into ice cube trays or popsicle molds. You can place popsicle sticks or toothpicks in the ice cube trays or molds or just eat as bite-sized snacks out of the ice cube tray.
